Prevention of squeaking noise from resin bearings
Issues: Company N in Chiba produces various types of bearings (for parking lots, medical use, and home use). To ensure appropriate lubrication, self-lubricating resins (nylon, fluorine) were used for the iron slide bearings, but issues arose with squeaking noises due to friction resistance and friction caused by rust. Solutions: For bearings used in parking lots under load, we used Bilal N-720 grease, which excels in adhesiveness and extreme pressure properties. For medical and home use, we utilized Bilal VG, which is excellent in permeability and lubrication. Each solution resolved the respective issues. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
