【Features】 ■ Achieved the world's highest efficiency of 98.5%. ■ The new three-level module, which packages the new IGBT and conventional IGBT together, has been practically realized for the first time in the world. By applying this new module to the new three-level conversion circuit, significant reductions in power loss and component count are possible, enabling high efficiency and low noise in the equipment. ■ The PCS is designed for outdoor installation and is of the substation type. The outdoor-compatible switchgear, step-up transformer, and PCS are integrated on a common base. As a result, there is no need for a building or air conditioning system to house the panel. Since it is integrated and delivered to the site, construction costs on-site can be significantly reduced. An option to incorporate DC branch fuses within the PCS allows for direct connection of the aggregated panel output from the power collection box to the PCS.
