A new type of electric positioner equipped with robust self-diagnosis functions that allows for monitoring of abnormal occurrences from outside.
The "Electric Positioner" is an essential control device for automating fine adjustments such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate. The 'RX-1003DK/DKS' has evolved from the analog control processing of conventional models to "CPU control." It allows users to select the type of stop operation during abnormal conditions and connect lamps and other devices, enabling monitoring from external sources when an anomaly is detected. Additionally, it is designed to be compatible with conventional models, allowing for replacement without removing the control motor. 【Features】 ■ Built-in control motor type (the first CPU-equipped model from our company) ■ By connecting lamps to the abnormal alarm output terminal, external monitoring of anomalies is possible ■ Added self-diagnosis functions for input signals such as opening degree and feedback potentiometer input anomalies ■ Ability to select the method of stopping during abnormal occurrences ■ Ensures reliability by utilizing the motor drive circuit developed in conventional models ■ Compliant with international standards / RoHS directive *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
