It is particularly suitable for sanitary applications! The head rotates due to the flow of the cleaning solution, and the fan-shaped spray pattern reaches every corner of the container.
The rotating spray head "SaniMidget" offers high efficiency, replacing conventional low-pressure, low-flow fixed spray balls. It is particularly suitable for sanitary applications and can be used in tanks with capacities ranging from 0.1 to 10m³ (27 to 2,700 US gallons). The flow of the cleaning solution causes the "SaniMidget" head to rotate, creating a fan-shaped spray pattern that reaches every corner of the container. This generates a flow that creates a swinging impact and cascades down the inner walls of the tank or reactor. The self-cleaning function ensures that the cleaning solution reaches the rotating bearing track and the elongated neck of the head. Spray patterns available include 360°, 270° up, and 180° down.
