The automatic nozzle cleaning machine "MAC-III" uses a two-fluid cleaning technology that cleans with only water and air, eliminating the need for any solvents. All that is required is a small amount of water and air. It features a touch panel that allows anyone to operate it easily, ensuring consistent cleaning quality regardless of the operator. Additionally, it uses dedicated holders compatible with various nozzles, preventing contact between nozzles. With the adoption of twin nozzles, the cleaning time has been reduced to about half compared to conventional methods. Its powerful cleaning capability removes solder and dirt that cannot be removed by traditional cleaning methods (ultrasonic cleaning) from the surfaces of nozzles and the nozzle openings.
