[Case 6] Water quality monitoring of nearby commercial wells associated with foundation pile construction (Fiscal Year 2009)
As experts in soil and water, we comprehensively support groundwater quality monitoring.
When the construction of a structure's foundation reaches an aquifer, there are concerns about the impact on the water quality of nearby wells that draw from that aquifer. This is especially critical for commercial wells, which require delicate management and emergency response measures. Central Development Co., Ltd., as an expert in "soil" and "water," provides comprehensive support for groundwater quality monitoring, including real-time monitoring services, planning of observation well placements, setting management standards, and developing emergency response manuals. basic information
【Features】 ○ Installation of observation holes → Arrange primary, secondary, and tertiary holes in order of proximity to the construction site, and install turbidity meters. ○ Alarm criteria (stages for alarm email transmission) → Three stages: "Normal," "Caution," and "Alert." → The most stringent standard is set for the tertiary hole. ○ Data sampling interval → 5-minute intervals during "Normal" conditions, and 1-minute intervals during "Caution" and "Alert" conditions. → The data sampling interval can be changed remotely. ○ Emergency response (when reaching the Alert level) → When the pile reaches the confined aquifer, the tertiary hole reaches "Alert" level, and construction is temporarily halted. → After confirming that values have returned to normal, construction resumes. → To maintain water quality upon resuming construction, the excavation speed was reduced from the initial rate. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
