Simple multi-stage inclinometer for monitoring soil behavior deep underground.
We have developed a simple multi-stage underground inclinometer "K-Tai" that monitors the behavior of soil and sediment deep underground, as opposed to conventional surface slope monitoring. It is designed to be installed quickly by a small team to prevent secondary disasters during sediment disaster recovery operations. When combined with the bidirectional remote automatic monitoring system "Observation King," it is possible to rapidly establish an automatic monitoring system for slopes. This is a joint development with the University of Tokyo, and we are currently conducting demonstration experiments. A patent application is in progress: Application No. 2010033031, Trademark Registration: Application No. 2011-001203. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

basic information
【Features】 ○ A sensor unit is integrated inside a rod with a diameter of 25mm. ○ A small tilt meter (two-axis) is installed at equal intervals in the vertical direction to measure minute displacements of the slope. ○ The orientation of the sensor unit within the ground is measured using a geomagnetic sensor. ○ The rod is 500mm per unit and can be extended to the required depth. ○ Installation follows the procedure of a simplified dynamic cone penetration test (can be installed by a small number of people in a short time). ○ Data is collected through a ground-based sensor network (specific low-power wireless). ○ The sensor unit and sensor network (sub-units) operate on alkaline batteries or small solar cells. ○ Jointly developed with the University of Tokyo, currently conducting demonstration experiments. ○ Patent application pending: Application No. 2010033031. ○ Trademark registered: Application No. 2011-001203. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Our company was founded in 1946, shortly after the end of the war, at a time when Japan's post-war reconstruction required an increase in food production and energy development. It was established with a group of engineers possessing the necessary development technologies at its core. Since then, we have contributed to civil engineering projects, focusing on roads, rivers, and dams, as well as the development and enhancement of various public facilities and industrial infrastructure, utilizing our expertise in geological surveys, ground analysis, and civil planning and design. Today, we have gained trust from various ordering organizations and have had the opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities, expanding our operations both nationwide and overseas. Starting this fiscal year, we are pursuing the CKC Sustainable Growth Vision, aiming to become a "one and only company that contributes to the formation of a safe and secure national land and the development of a sustainable future society."
