They are suitable for applications that require small size and high performance, such as industrial robots, conveyors, linear guides, medical devices, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, and autonomous driving in boats/vehicles. The movable part only has a magnet attached to detect position, eliminating the need for power/signal cables, which simplifies the structure and contributes to cost reduction for customers. Additionally, they achieve low cost.
