Additionally, the aluminum foil honeycomb core achieves "the strongest structure with the least material" by arranging hexagons like a "honeycomb." ■ Cost Reduction Depending on dimensions and lot sizes, cost reductions are possible compared to processed products made of aluminum or steel, thanks to the material cost reduction from weight savings. ■ High Precision A flatness of approximately 0.05mm/m can be achieved without machining such as cutting or polishing. ■ Workability Not only flat panels but also the shaping of curved surfaces, rods, triangular prisms, and other shapes is possible.
