MFC NT01-M02 is a super non-stick coating system composed of a combination of inorganic paints with 'Si-O bonds' that demonstrates excellent non-stick properties against a wide variety of adhesives. This coating system consists of a special hybrid base coat and an inorganic super non-stick paint. The special bead aggregates contained in the base coat create a rough texture (roughness) on the surface of the coating film, and by combining it with a top coat of inorganic silicate ceramic that does not contain free silicone compounds, it achieves "super non-stick performance" that prevents the adhesion of various adhesives. In addition to excellent non-stick properties, the top coat excels in many characteristics such as heat resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and stain resistance. < Features > 1.
