A one-component water-based rust-inhibiting primer that forms a strong primer film and stops the growth of rust.
Surface preparation and treatment: Manol rust inhibitor is a water-based rust-proof primer primarily composed of a specially modified emulsion. It reacts with rust, converting it into stable chelated iron, forming a robust primer film that halts rust growth. Being water-based, it offers good workability and poses no hazards, and tools can be cleaned with water. As a one-component type, it is easy to work with. Additionally, it dries quickly (in about 30 minutes), and the film exhibits excellent strength and hardness, demonstrating superior adhesion and corrosion resistance even on rusted surfaces. It is ideal for rust-proofing primers for reinforcing bars and steel frames in new construction and repair work. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

In 1910 (Meiji 43), the founder Ryujiro Yanaka established a municipal chemical research institute in Dalian, Manchuria, and began research on the chemical applications of the local specialty "soybeans." He made various inventions and proposals, but he felt particularly strongly about the need for the cement waterproofing agent, which was of great importance, especially in the rainy and humid climate of mainland Japan. In 1921 (Taisho 10), he moved to Tokyo and established the Yushi Chemical Company in the area of Jabukubo, Ebara Town, Ebara District, Tokyo (now the headquarters). With the trademark "Manol," he began full-scale production and sales, laying the foundation for today's company. In 1955 (Showa 30), the first president Ryujiro Yanaka was honored with the Purple Ribbon Medal for his invention of the cement waterproofing agent manufacturing method, solidifying his position as a leader in the industry both in name and reality. Recent technological innovations have led to significant advancements in materials and construction methods, and to respond to increasingly diverse needs, the company is actively promoting a variety of research and development activities while focusing on strengthening its corporate foundation with a motto of sound management.
