By applying freezing point depression to the mixed water, it becomes antifreeze and prevents frost damage.
The cement admixture Manol antifreeze agent is in liquid form, providing a freezing point depression effect to the mixing water, making it non-freezing and preventing frost damage. The incorporation of Manol antifreeze agent greatly accelerates the hydrolysis of cement, significantly increasing the initial reaction heat and speeding up the setting and hardening process. It allows for construction to be carried out all day even in extremely cold conditions, enhancing work efficiency. Additionally, it promotes the initial strength of the cement and continues to enhance it over the long term. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

In 1910 (Meiji 43), the founder Ryujiro Yanaka established a municipal chemical research institute in Dalian, Manchuria, and began research on the chemical applications of the local specialty "soybeans." He made various inventions and proposals, but he felt particularly strongly about the need for the cement waterproofing agent, which was of great importance, especially in the rainy and humid climate of mainland Japan. In 1921 (Taisho 10), he moved to Tokyo and established the Yushi Chemical Company in the area of Jabukubo, Ebara Town, Ebara District, Tokyo (now the headquarters). With the trademark "Manol," he began full-scale production and sales, laying the foundation for today's company. In 1955 (Showa 30), the first president Ryujiro Yanaka was honored with the Purple Ribbon Medal for his invention of the cement waterproofing agent manufacturing method, solidifying his position as a leader in the industry both in name and reality. Recent technological innovations have led to significant advancements in materials and construction methods, and to respond to increasingly diverse needs, the company is actively promoting a variety of research and development activities while focusing on strengthening its corporate foundation with a motto of sound management.
