basic information
**Features** ○ Early Strength Performance → Promotes cement hardening and accelerates initial strength → Enables shortening of curing period and early formwork removal, thus reducing construction time ○ Water Resistance Performance → Makes mortar very dense, reducing permeability and providing sufficient waterproofing → When using a fast-setting agent mixed paste for water-stopping work, it hardens rapidly, stopping spring water and leaks ○ Freeze Resistance Performance → When used in cold periods, it provides a freezing point lowering effect to the mixing water, ensuring non-freezing properties → Promotes hydrolysis reactions, increases initial reaction heat, accelerates setting effects, and prevents freeze damage ○ Usage Method → Add 3% to 6% of the weight of cement ○ F☆☆☆☆ → Japan Building Finishing Agents Industry Association 0307343 ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

In 1910 (Meiji 43), the founder Ryujiro Yanaka established a municipal chemical research institute in Dalian, Manchuria, and began research on the chemical applications of the local specialty "soybeans." He made various inventions and proposals, but he felt particularly strongly about the need for the cement waterproofing agent, which was of great importance, especially in the rainy and humid climate of mainland Japan. In 1921 (Taisho 10), he moved to Tokyo and established the Yushi Chemical Company in the area of Jabukubo, Ebara Town, Ebara District, Tokyo (now the headquarters). With the trademark "Manol," he began full-scale production and sales, laying the foundation for today's company. In 1955 (Showa 30), the first president Ryujiro Yanaka was honored with the Purple Ribbon Medal for his invention of the cement waterproofing agent manufacturing method, solidifying his position as a leader in the industry both in name and reality. Recent technological innovations have led to significant advancements in materials and construction methods, and to respond to increasingly diverse needs, the company is actively promoting a variety of research and development activities while focusing on strengthening its corporate foundation with a motto of sound management.
