■Cost Reduction Thanks to the effect of reduced material costs through weight reduction, cost savings that were not achievable with conventional solid wood, welded structures, and castings are now possible. ■Lightweight and Rigidity With approximately 90% of the panel volume being air, significant weight reduction is possible, while maintaining high rigidity with a hexagonal honeycomb core. ■High Precision Orders with flatness of 0.05mm/m and parallelism of 0.05mm/m are also possible. ■Machinability Not only flat panels but also curved surfaces and rod-shaped aluminum honeycomb panels can be produced.
