The LED stack signal light, Signal Tower LS7, is a smart and smooth-bodied LED stack signal light that enhances harmony with equipment. By giving the surface of the signal light body a smooth shape, it reduces the adhesion of water and dust. Additionally, the structure prevents the exposure of metal parts such as screws and shafts, allowing for safe use even in food processing lines with high moisture or in lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes. The outer lens structure is designed to reduce the risk of environmental stress cracking due to oil mist. The lens cover is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. By measuring the environmental sound frequency of cutting machines and alternating between the frequency bands of 2000Hz and 3000Hz, it reliably conveys the buzzer sound to the operator from the machine's startup to high-speed processing.
