We use a wood grain synchronized embossed reinforcement sheet, which provides a texture closer to the real thing. Stock items can be shipped from just one sheet. For orders of 50 sheets, customers can choose their own custom patterns, with about 40 types available. The base material is 2.5t MDF board, enhancing cutting and processing capabilities.
