● Mildly acidic electrolyzed water is an environmentally friendly disinfectant primarily composed of hypochlorous acid, designated as a food additive by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ● It demonstrates a high inactivation effect against microorganisms that pose risks, including general bacteria, fungi, viruses, and spore-forming bacteria. ● It can be used immediately as an alternative to traditional heat sterilization and sodium hypochlorite. ● Since it does not contain salt as a raw material, there is no salt residue, and rinsing of ingredients is unnecessary. This helps reduce the risk of stainless steel corrosion and drain clogs. ● The neutralization deodorization reaction breaks down the source of odors and suppresses unpleasant smells.
