Seismic isolation joints that protect lifelines! Absorbing local displacements with joints!
The "PE Bender" is a ball-shaped flexible joint made of ductile cast iron that incorporates polyethylene pipes through a unique assembly technique, combining toughness and flexibility. Its simple integrated structure without bolts, which consolidates the achievements and know-how of the ball-shaped flexible expansion pipe "Flex Bender," excels in water tightness and durability, making it ideal for seismic piping systems. The ball section adopts the know-how of the "Flex Bender," which has a disengagement resistance of 3DkN, and the polyethylene pipe integrated into the ball section demonstrates outstanding strength without any disconnection or leakage, even under severe testing conditions. basic information
【Features】 ○ The ball section rotates 360°, absorbing stress even when twisting forces are applied to the piping. → No burden on the piping. ○ The ball section bends, absorbing local displacement on the piping with the joint and relieving stress. ○ The ball section allows for angle adjustments of up to 20° (for a nominal diameter of 75mm). → Angles can be freely adjusted over short spans. → When combined with the natural bending of polyethylene pipes, layout flexibility is enhanced. ○ Polyethylene pipes can be integrated using EF joints. ○ In addition to flanges and K shapes, it also accommodates GX shapes. → Easy connection between ductile cast iron pipes and polyethylene pipes. ○ A type with dual PE insertion ports for polyethylene pipes (PEB-PP) is available. → Can be integrated with pipes using EF joints, demonstrating excellent seismic resistance. → The PE bender absorbs and relieves stress on the piping, reducing the burden on the pipes. → Contributes to longer service life. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Since our establishment in 1970, we have been a manufacturer of special fittings dedicated to protecting lifelines, introducing numerous innovative products to the market. The ductile iron ball-shaped flexible expansion joint "Flexibender," released in 1980, demonstrated its seismic performance during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and the Great East Japan Earthquake. The EM continuous water supply method "S-Gate" series, launched in 1999, has steadily achieved results in various countries around the world, including the United States and South Korea. We are committed to product development with free thinking, unconstrained by conventional wisdom, and contributing to the safety of lifelines.
