Reasonable Structure By incorporating a worm gear reducer, we have achieved a compact design for the device. Variable Peripheral Speed After installation on-site, if you need to change the scraping speed (rake peripheral speed), it can be completed simply by replacing the sprocket wheel. It is hassle-free and cost-effective. Maintenance Inspection The square floor plate installed between the spur gear and the worm gear reducer provides ample space in the center and around the perimeter, making maintenance inspections easy. Additionally, the replacement of lubricating oil is concentrated in the center, eliminating hazardous working conditions, making it extremely safe and straightforward. Safety Device This machine is equipped with a protective mechanism for the drive unit against overload. The safety device allows for visual detection of the overload rate (torque) on a scale, while simultaneously activating alarm and stop contacts at the torque set value. The N・SD series of drive devices for sedimentation tank sludge scraping machines is a center post type drive device that can be utilized not only for public and wastewater treatment sedimentation tanks but also for various thickener and clarifier applications, including industrial wastewater and food waste treatment. This N・SD series consists of 14 models with a maximum allowable torque ranging from 1,600 kgf·m to 25,000 kgf·m, designed to allow for a wide selection of models for small lightweight and medium load applications. Manual Rotation Device This drive device is equipped with a manual rotation device, allowing for efficient work such as mortar application in the tank and clearance adjustment and measurement of the blades using the manual rotation device. Company information
Established in November 1950, we inherited the business of the former Special Gear Manufacturing Co., which had been active in the industry as a reducer manufacturer since the early Showa period, to manufacture various types of reducers and paddle wheel ash removal devices. Since our establishment, thanks to the support of our customers, our business has steadily developed, completing several capital increases. In May 1973, we built a new factory in Shin-go, Hyogo Prefecture (now Tanba City), enhancing our production system in the reducer division while also developing unique new products in the labor-saving machinery division. In recent years, we have been manufacturing various drive devices for water treatment, aqua aerators, as well as various reducers and small opening and closing devices for gates in rivers and dams, continuing to this day.
