No driving power required!! Contributes to reducing maintenance management costs!
Due to its float type design, it can flexibly respond to water level fluctuations. Even when the water level changes, it always follows the water surface and does not perform unnecessary discharges. Since it follows the water surface, no driving power is required. By releasing the airlift valve to the atmosphere, it performs a lift-down discharge. The discharge occurs as the device descends under its own weight, and when discharge stops, the device rises and halts due to the airlift mechanism. Its simple structure results in fewer failures. Without a driving device and with fewer mechanical components and sliding parts, it is less prone to breakdowns.

Applications/Examples of results
In the treatment targeting medium and small-scale operations, the batch-type sludge method is widely used, which consists of two main components: aeration equipment and supernatant discharge equipment. Our company, which has developed a groundbreaking underwater aeration and mixing device (aqua-reator), has made the supernatant discharge equipment, which can be considered its sister technology, even simpler and more user-friendly.

Company information
Established in November 1950, we inherited the business of the former Special Gear Manufacturing Co., which had been active in the industry as a reducer manufacturer since the early Showa period, to manufacture various types of reducers and paddle wheel ash removal devices. Since our establishment, thanks to the support of our customers, our business has steadily developed, completing several capital increases. In May 1973, we built a new factory in Shin-go, Hyogo Prefecture (now Tanba City), enhancing our production system in the reducer division while also developing unique new products in the labor-saving machinery division. In recent years, we have been manufacturing various drive devices for water treatment, aqua aerators, as well as various reducers and small opening and closing devices for gates in rivers and dams, continuing to this day.
