The Model 567 high-performance pressure sensor is designed for high overload applications. It allows for changes in pressure range and provides an ideally wide range of functions.
The Setra model 546/547 pressure sensor is a robust pressure sensor designed for high-pressure overload applications, featuring a 5:1 pressure range change capability that allows adjustment from 25% of the pressure range to 125% full-scale output. Utilizing thin-film technology, the model 546/547 excels in high overload conditions with an accuracy of ±0.1% FS, a temperature compensation range of -25°C to 75°C, and an output signal of 4-20 mA. The pressure mode can be selected from gauge pressure, shielded gauge pressure, or absolute pressure, covering 15 different pressure ranges from 0 to 68 kPa up to 68 MPa. The model 546/547 is designed for long-term maintenance-free use in industrial applications with corrosive media, and the wetted parts can be made from 17-4 PH stainless steel or Inconel. Depending on the selected electrical connection, it is manufactured from SUS321 or SS17-4 PH, and when coupled with the chosen electrical connection, it guarantees environmental protection ratings of IP40, IP65, or IP68.

The thin-film strain gauge pressure sensor, based on the proven Wheatstone bridge principle, is manufactured by sputtering on a diaphragm made of 17-4 PH stainless steel, providing excellent uniformity of resistance. The sputtered thin-film technology enables a simple sensor design, achieving high precision, eliminating drift, and realizing a highly sensitive and compact strain gauge.
