Setra Corporation Industrial Pressure Sensor Model 567 Series
Setra Corporation Industrial Pressure Sensor Model 567 Series
The Model 567 high-performance pressure sensor is designed for high-pressure applications. Users can change the pressure range, providing an ideally wide range of functions.
The Setra model 567 high-performance pressure sensor has been developed for high-pressure applications, allowing customers to change the pressure range and providing an ideal wide range of functions. The pressure change feature can be adjusted up to 5:1 and can be done using switches and potentiometers. The thin-film sensor of model 567 is temperature compensated, offering long-term stability against pressure cycles with a drift of less than 0.15% FS per year, ensuring excellent reliability for users. All wetted parts are made of 17-4 PH stainless steel, making it suitable for use with most pressure media. Temperature compensation is 0.5% FS from -10°C to 50°C, 1% FS from -20°C to 80°C, and the measurement accuracy is ±0.15% FS, allowing for high-precision measurements. The low-temperature range type from -20°C to 50°C has a gauge pressure and absolute pressure range from 100 kPa to 40 MPa.

basic information
The Setra Model 567 high-performance pressure sensor has been developed for high-pressure applications, allowing customers to change the pressure range and providing an ideal wide range of functions. The pressure change feature can be adjusted up to 5:1 using switches and potentiometers. This Model 567 can be custom-configured for the user's OEM applications. By combining the Model 567 housing with the selected electrical connections, this unit can operate at environmental protection ratings of IP40, IP65, or IP67. Operating Principle Designed using the proven Wheatstone bridge principle, it sensitively and accurately deposits chemically silicon thin-film strain gauges onto a stainless steel diaphragm. The strain gauge elements of the 567 ensure a bond that exceeds the integrity of adhesives typically used in conventional strain gauge pressure sensor combinations, being fused at the atomic level. A custom-designed ASIC performs temperature compensation and amplifies the sensor signal. This technology offers user-configurable output and options for pressure range. It allows for the setting of zero and span tolerances, ensuring compatibility from unit to unit.

Company information
Air Water Mechatronics Co., Ltd. ST Division handles excellent measurement/control equipment focused on the most important themes of pressure and flow in the field of measurement and control in the industrial sector. In pressure measurement, as the Japanese distributor for Setra Systems, we have supplied numerous pressure sensors domestically for many years. Setra's pressure sensors are characterized by high precision and sensitivity, and are used in many advanced technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Additionally, to accommodate various industrial pressure measurement scenarios, we also handle products from companies such as BD and Honeywell. We manufacture digital pressure gauges that incorporate or externally attach these pressure sensors. Within our company, various pressure standards with traceability to national standards are installed in a strictly air-conditioned calibration inspection room, allowing us to conduct inspections and recalibrations in-house. Regarding flow measurement, we offer unique and high-value-added products for both liquid and gas (mass flow). For liquids, we primarily provide small, cost-effective, and highly accurate turbine flow meters, as well as Coriolis flow meters. We respond to diverse needs with disposable sensors for pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing, as well as certified sensors for food and beverage applications.
