A tapping screw specifically for resin with low insertion torque and minimal chip production!
Currently, resin components are widely used in home appliances and automotive parts. As screws for mounting these resin components, JIS standard tapping screws have the following issues: - High screwing torque. - Prone to spinning during tightening completion. - Unable to achieve high pull-out strength. - The area around the screw hole is prone to whitening phenomena. To address these problems, we developed the "P-Lock" specifically for resin. ● For other functions and details, please refer to the catalog.
