The washer's low height also means that less tightening force is required. As a result, the screw can be shorter and lighter. 【Features】 ● Compared to conventional spring washers, it provides a significantly larger spring reaction force, tightening "firmly" with over five times the force. ● With a large spring reaction force, it offers strong resistance to loosening, demonstrating excellent anti-loosening effects. ● The contact points are located in four places, allowing for an even distribution of the spring reaction force. ● The cutting edge is positioned in the middle of a wave shape, making it less prone to C-shaped deformation during tightening, which makes it suitable for use on easily scratched painted products. ● Retaining the advantages of steel TWO LOCK, stainless steel material has been developed (equivalent to SUS304). It is highly resistant to corrosion, expanding the range of use without worrying about rust formation. ● With a thin plate thickness and low height, it is lightweight, requires a small tightening amount, and operates smoothly. Additionally, the small incomplete thread section (dimension a) allows for use on thin plates.
