The LM roller features a hammer-shaped roller held by a retainer, which is integrated into the outer circumference of a precisely ground rigid track base, allowing for infinite circulating motion. A center guide, machined as a single unit with the track base, is provided in the central area of the load zone of the track base. This unique structure continuously corrects the skew (tilt) of the rollers, resulting in smooth rolling motion. 【Features】 ○ Enables smooth linear motion supporting extremely heavy loads. ○ High assembly precision → Adopts a unique structure that allows for automatic alignment motion even if skew occurs due to installation precision errors. ○ Rational skew prevention structure → The height variation of LM rollers under the same plane can be as small as 2μm, contributing to improved machine precision and lifespan.
