High-temperature explosion-proof digital pressure display integrated pressure sensor for use at temperatures up to 300℃, featuring a SUS316L flush diaphragm in the wetted part.
The BD company's xact i series is an excellent pressure sensor with a display integrated for high-temperature explosion-proof applications. It is designed with advanced electronic circuit technology and is compactly housed with a digital display. The pressure port and flush diaphragm in the wetted part are made of SUS316L, making it a robust sensor. The standard connection is a G1 cone type. The pressure range can be selected from ±40 kPa to 4 MPa. The compensation temperature range is -20 to 85°C, and the medium temperature can be used from -40 to 300°C for gauge pressure, and from -40 to 150°C for absolute and differential pressure. The measurement accuracy is ±0.1% FS, and the standard output signal is DC 4-20 mA. The protection rating is standard IP67. CE compliance is EN61326. It is also possible to change the sensor filling oil as an option. Additionally, the diaphragm material can be changed as an option.
