This is a high-temperature digital pressure display integrated pressure sensor that can be used at temperatures up to 300°C, featuring a flush diaphragm made of SUS316L in the wetted part.
The BD Corporation's xact i series is an excellent pressure sensor with a built-in display that can be used for high-temperature applications. It is designed with advanced electronic circuit technology and is compactly housed with a digital display. The pressure port and flush diaphragm in the wetted part are made of SUS316L, and the standard connection is a G1 cone type. The pressure range can be selected from ±40 kPa to 4 MPa. The compensation temperature range is -20 to 85°C, and the medium temperature can be used from -40 to 300°C for gauge pressure, and from -40 to 150°C for absolute pressure and differential pressure. The measurement accuracy is ±0.1% FS, and the standard output signal is DC 4-20 mA. The protection rating is standard IP67. CE compliance is EN61326. An intrinsically safe explosion-proof type is also available as an option. Additionally, changing the sensor filling oil and diaphragm material is possible as options.
