The spring plunger is an accessory for vacuum pads used for height adjustment during suction and to mitigate impacts. The FSTI series spring plunger is a type that houses the spring inside. Since the spring is not exposed, it can be protected from dirt and other contaminants, ensuring a long lifespan. In the unlikely event that the spring is damaged, it prevents falling or contamination of the workpiece. Additionally, it has a structure that prevents the springs from hitting each other during compression, allowing for the full stroke to be utilized. The stroke is available in three sizes: 10mm, 25mm, and 50mm. A type with an anti-rotation feature suitable for use with oval pads is also available (FSTI-VG).
