The SAFT-C series vacuum pads are modular suction pads. The uniquely developed brake foot (orange part in the photo), cup (blue part in the photo), and fittings can be easily assembled, replaced, and separated, and the screws can be reused. The grooves inside the pad serve as a pathway for oil to escape, allowing for strong adhesion even to thin steel plates with an oil film. Additionally, the brake foot increases the surface area of the pad that contacts the workpiece, preventing the suction of thin workpieces and reducing deformation during adhesion.
