The stationary type mixers "Nano Blender" and "Micro Blender" (Patent No. 5431573) can generate ultra-fine bubbles. Microbubbles average 20 microns with 40,000 bubbles/ml, and ultrafine bubbles at 0.08 microns with 800 million bubbles/ml have been proven to be important physical properties for creating functional water. The surface tension is also reduced, enhancing permeability. The processing flow rate is 1L/min to 30L/min (performance of one nozzle). If more than 30L/min is required, it is possible to achieve high flow rates by arranging multiple nozzles in parallel.
