Ore Crusher: Facilitates the production of sharp sand-sized products.
Sand Refining Machine EXR Series
The hammer crusher has an overwhelming yield of 15 to 100 mesh, enabling the production of sharp sand from raw materials such as small stones or sand-sized materials around 10mm.
"Dry" Sand Making Machine Sand Refiner EXR Series Crushing raw materials such as small stones or sand-sized materials of about 10mm into sand size is surprisingly difficult. The EXR series not only easily solves this issue but also allows for fine peak adjustments, such as wanting to produce silica sand grades 5 and 6 using silica sand grades 4 and 5 as raw materials. Additionally, it exhibits granulation and beneficiation effects simultaneously, enabling the production of products with excellent particle shapes. The outstanding wear resistance developed in silica sand production boasts a proven track record of reducing running costs by 90% when replacing other companies' crushers, especially in the production of sand from lime-based raw materials.

"We are discarding 18-36 mesh that cannot be used for foundry sand. We would like to crush this to reduce the 18-36 mesh as much as possible while increasing the more usable 50-140 mesh, aiming for waste reduction and improved yield," was the consultation we received from a foundry sand manufacturer. They requested a subtle adjustment of particle size that is not discernible by the naked eye. Nevertheless, with the EXR series, we were able to reduce the originally 27.5% of 18-26 mesh to 7% (approximately reducing waste by 74.5%) and increase the 50-140 mesh from 72.1% to 84.5%.

The raw material with a particle shape coefficient of 1.23 has a particle shape coefficient of 1.19 after grinding with the EXR series. * A particle shape coefficient of 1.00 indicates a perfect sphere.

A long-established crushing machine manufacturer that has been pursuing the technology of "crushing hard materials to sand size in one pass" for over half a century. Boasting overwhelming production efficiency, where almost the entire amount of input material becomes product size in one pass, it is compact and does not require auxiliary equipment. With excellent wear resistance, it significantly reduces running costs, allowing for maximum profit with minimal investment. There is a wealth of experience in producing sand-sized products from limestone-based materials, and the dry crushing unit specialized for producing crushed sand for concrete holds the top market share domestically, with increasing adoption overseas. Additionally, the media shredder that applies this "sand-making" technology is compatible with HDDs and SSDs, and can reliably physically destroy fine media like semiconductor chips into sand-like particles, making it widely used not only for data erasure but also for product functionality destruction and recycling.
