High concentration calcium content (up to 64g/L for construction materials with acetic acid, 7g/L for food use with lactic acid) is available. It contains natural minerals (such as Mg, Sr, Na, K). For food applications, improved absorption in the body is expected due to organic acids, while for construction materials, it contributes to increased strength of plaster and cement. It can be prepared according to the intended use (pH 4 to pH 12).
