The Extopper is a bypass system using a shut-off plate and temporary pipe designed to facilitate water replacement during inspection and repair within pipelines.
Conventional methods use sandbags, which are not sufficient for water stopping, leading to the need for the installation and cost of submersible pumps. The Exstopper is a product that enhances the water-stopping ability and workability that were problematic during water replacement in conventional methods. It fixes the water-stopping plate inside the pipe and drains using a temporary pipe.

It consists of a "water stop board" to stop the water, a "fixing band" to secure the water stop board, and a "temporary pipe" to drain the collected water. Additionally, for types with a diameter of 1500mm or more, an "extension arm" to support the fixing band is included, and a "tipping prevention bar" for safety is included with all models.
