basic information
A famous ladder-back chair designed by Mackintosh for the bedroom of Hill House, WW Blakie, near Glasgow in 1902. As the name suggests, it features a high backrest resembling a ladder, making it enjoyable to admire as well. The original is still placed in the bedroom of Hill House in Helensburgh. The extreme high back and the design reflect Mackintosh's intention to create a piece not just for sitting but also for viewing, showcasing an inclination towards abstract decoration. <Specifications> W41×D39×H141cm <Material> Fabric, ash wood with black paint finish.

Company information
Our company is the exclusive distributor for Steel Line in Japan. Steel Line is one of the oldest reproduction manufacturers in Italy, with nearly 30 years of history, and they participate in the Milan Salone every year. We originally started as a select shop for reproduction products, but due to the prolonged recession and deflation, the distribution of high-quality reproduction products in the Japanese market decreased, while the number of low-quality reproduction products increased, leading to a reduction in products that we could confidently recommend to our customers. In response to this, we began importing Steel Line products in 2009. Currently, we primarily sell Steel Line products through wholesale to design offices, architectural firms, and interior shops.
