This factory has newly installed wastewater treatment facilities to comply with the total volume regulation of Mikawa Bay. In particular, since COD, n-hex, and T-P levels are high and cannot be managed solely by biological treatment, we have equipped a coagulation sedimentation system in the front stage and an activated carbon adsorption tower in the latter stage. Due to significant fluctuations in load caused by variations in production volume, we cannot rely solely on activated sludge, so we are using bio-codes in conjunction with activated sludge.
