As a characteristic of ultrasonic waves, if there are air bubbles trapped within the sealing material, measurement becomes impossible, and it is also possible to confirm the presence of harmful bubbles in the sealant. The display board uses a large, easy-to-read LCD display with an EL lamp for illumination of the display area, which does not strain the eyes during measurements in dark places. The measurement method is based on a single probe technique that measures from the transmitted echo to the bottom echo, incorporating DAC and AGC functions through the latest microprocessor, ensuring accurate measurement of thickness even in the presence of forest-like echoes.
