It is a painted zinc coating. The rust prevention effect of the zinc coating has been achieved through painting.
Cold zinc plating "ROVAL" enhances the zinc content in the dry coating to 96%, demonstrating rust prevention capabilities equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing. Additionally, it can be applied at room temperature regardless of location, which is why it is referred to as "cold galvanizing" in contrast to hot-dip galvanizing. It is not only effective for rust prevention and repair of zinc plating on iron but also extends the lifespan of aging zinc coatings. ROVAL has been used in various fields for over 50 years.
