VX is a handheld ultrasonic sound velocity meter. By inputting the thickness of the material to be measured and simply placing the transducer (probe, sensor) in contact with the measurement point, the sound velocity is displayed immediately. It can be used for measuring the sound velocity of various materials and for managing the spheroidization rate of graphite in cast iron (based on sound velocity assessment).
