It is a device used to measure the concentration of fluorescent magnetic powder liquid used in magnetic particle testing equipment.
The "MPS" simple magnetic powder concentration meter is a device used to measure the concentration of fluorescent magnetic powder liquid used in magnetic particle testing equipment. It adsorbs the effective magnetic powder contained in the inspection liquid with an electromagnet, irradiates it with a light-emitting body, detects the luminous intensity from the fluorescent magnetic powder with a light-receiving body, and displays it as a concentration. 【Features】 ○ A device that measures the concentration of fluorescent magnetic powder liquid used in magnetic particle testing equipment. ○ Adsorbs the effective magnetic powder contained in the inspection liquid with an electromagnet, irradiates it with a light-emitting body, detects the luminous intensity from the fluorescent magnetic powder with a light-receiving body, and displays it as a concentration. Company information
Since our founding, we have continued to develop various products using "magnetism" as a "tool." As a result, we now offer a wide range of products, including "non-destructive testing equipment," "magnetization-related equipment," and "measurement and evaluation," receiving high praise from various sectors. In recent years, we have also been working on product development beyond magnetism, launching products such as "hardening depth gauges" into the market. As a development-oriented company, we will continue to focus on product development and strive to create devices that are needed in society.
