Optimal for streamlining and automating powder input operations!!! The long-awaited bulk bag automatic suction system has been added to the automation series.
We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from end users handling powders that are toxic to humans, asking if there are any suitable products available. There are also requests for systems that can handle hygroscopic powders in a dry air environment. Additionally, there are concerns about powders that are not good when exposed to oxygen, and whether handling in an N2 gas environment is possible. In response to these demands, our company has developed a drum inversion suction system, and we have now launched a new system that allows for the extraction of powders from the top using one-way disposable FIBC bags, as requested by many users. basic information
By simply setting a commercially available FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) onto the device, the powder inside the FIBC can be automatically air-transported to the next process. Additionally, measures are in place to ensure that no powder remains inside the FIBC, allowing for nearly complete extraction. This device has the following features: 1. The FIBC can be set directly without any modifications. 2. It can extract all the powder inside the FIBC without leaving any residue. 3. When used in conjunction with our patented "Continuous Suction Conveyor," there is absolutely no dust generation. 4. No manual labor is required for the suction operation. 5. By using an optional clean booth with the automatic suction unit, operations can be conducted without contamination, in a dry air environment, and in an N2 gas environment. 6. Automation of the suction operation can be achieved at a low cost. *We also offer devices and systems for automatic suction from various types of containers. Please consider our offerings.
