This is an all-polypropylene pleated filter that can be used for a wide range of applications, from beverages and sake brewing to chemical liquid filtration.
■Heat-resistant and chemical-resistant (hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc.) The fluid temperature for continuous filtration can be accommodated up to 80°C (70°C for Type 1, Length T). All components except for the gasket (or O-ring) are made of polypropylene, demonstrating excellent chemical resistance. Filtration is possible not only for clear water but also for acids, alkaline chemicals, and organic solvents. ■Low elution Manufactured using a thermal welding method without any adhesives, minimizing elution from the filter. ■Low pressure loss Due to low initial pressure loss even for high flow filtration, it allows for prolonged use. ■Compliance with standard tests for food contact materials Passed elution tests based on the standards for food additives (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370 of 1959). Complies with the positive list for food contact materials and containers based on the revised Food Sanitation Act.
