No dust accumulation area ● A funnel is installed, eliminating the flat areas between the cyclone elements. 4. Can incorporate a cleaning device using air jets ● Automatic cleaning is performed during operation by a sequence controller. ■Features Dust-laden gas is introduced and dispersed into each cyclone element. As the gas passes through the guide vanes, it is accelerated, creating a powerful downward swirling flow within the cyclone, which then reverses and rises in the conical section. During this process, the dust is subjected to strong centrifugal force, reaching the outer cylinder, and further descends with the swirling flow, being discharged through the opening at the bottom of the conical section. Meanwhile, the reversed swirling flow spirals upward through the center of the cyclone and is expelled as clean gas through the orifice and exhaust duct.
