[To Niitaka Co., Ltd.] Development of NBP activities
Niitaka Corporation is a company known for the manufacturing and sales of detergents and solid fuels for the food business industry. Since its establishment in 1963, the company has continued to provide high-quality products and services with a focus on environmental considerations, based on the fundamental policy of "providing products and services that benefit all three parties." Since 2008, the company has promoted the NBP (Niitaka Biwako Plant Innovation) activities at its Biwako plant, with support from Tekuno Management for two years. Additionally, following the reforms at the Biwako plant, the initiatives have also been implemented at the Tsukuba plant, and this year, consulting for the indirect departments of both plants has commenced. Initially, the consulting began as a decision from the headquarters. However, starting in the third year, the company has developed autonomous improvements led by in-house consultants (modular), achieving remarkable results. We visited the company's headquarters and plant to interview them about their improvement activities. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
