Gas Differential Pressure Sensor Model 269
Setra offers three types of accuracy with a wide pressure range from ultra-low differential pressure of 0 to 25 Pa, and DIN rail mountable options are also available. This makes on-site work easier.
Setra Corporation offers a wide range of pressure ranges from 0 to 25 Pa full scale, with accuracy options of ±0.25%, ±0.5%, and ±1% FS, allowing for selection based on application needs. An optional pressure display is also available. The output signal uses the common 4-20 mA standard. There is a DIN rail mount type available, making installation easy, and the wiring terminal block can be detached from the main unit, simplifying wiring work on-site. With the adoption of an internal stabilized power supply, it can be used with unstable power sources. To prevent wiring accidents, a reverse polarity protection circuit is built-in. The case is made from flame-retardant materials and has received UL-94-0 approval.

Setra's Model 269 detects differential pressure and converts it into a linear 4-20 mA output signal for either unidirectional or bidirectional pressure. Developed specifically for high-performance applications, it can measure pressure with high resolution in harsh environments. A wide range of pressure options is available, from ±15 Pa to 25 Pa. The operating temperature range is broad, from -6°C to 60°C, with temperature compensation of 0.018% FS/°C. The sensor element of the 269 is made of TIG-welded stainless steel. It forms a variable capacitance between the electrode and the diaphragm, detecting changes in capacitance caused by pressure fluctuations between the diaphragm and the electrode, which is then converted into a linear output signal by Setra's proprietary electronic circuit. The various components of the sensor have a balanced temperature coefficient, resulting in minimal temperature influence and excellent long-term stability. The maximum allowable line pressure is up to 69 kPa.
