- The wind speed sensor adopts a thermal mass flow method. Unlike differential pressure types (Pitot tubes, orifices, vortex types) and vane types, it is not affected by temperature or pressure (temperature and pressure compensation are unnecessary). This is a significant advantage when measuring compressed air. - The sensor head is available in three types to suit different applications: a dumbbell head sensor (for industrial air conditioning and general air conditioning), a chamber head sensor (for compressed air and high temperature/high wind speed), and a thermopile sensor (for clean rooms and the pharmaceutical industry <GMP compliant>). There are a total of 20 models with a rich variety. - By connecting the MD series display with calculation functions, air flow and air consumption can be easily displayed. - An explosion-proof specification (ATEX/CE explosion-proof directive certification) is also available. - The sensors have excellent drip and dust resistance with IP65 or IP67 ratings.
