Achieves ultra-high sensitivity in measurement time reduced to 1/100 of conventional methods. Capable of measuring previously difficult samples such as trace amounts, black samples, and liquids. Measurement is possible from UV to far infrared with simple window material replacement. Compatible with all FT-IR models, including support for depth profiles. The gas measurement-specific PAS allows for high-sensitivity measurements with a cell volume of just 10ml.
