Photocatalytic coating glass
Self-clear is a type of semiconductor ceramic that can generate a strong oxidizing power on its surface when exposed to light. It is a diversified form of titanium dioxide, which, when exposed to ultraviolet light, causes electrons to be emitted from its surface, creating holes where the electrons have exited. These holes and electrons possess strong oxidizing and reducing powers, respectively, and can decompose the molecular bonds of organic contaminants and odors that come into contact with them.
