Improving the seismic resistance of buildings and rationalizing construction.
In conventional 135° hooked shear reinforcement bars, when tensile forces are applied to the shear reinforcement bars, pullout occurs at the hook section. Furthermore, if the cover concrete spalls, the pullout becomes even more significant, and there is a possibility that the hook may disengage from the main bars. These factors weaken the confinement effect of the shear reinforcement bars on the core concrete and the buckling prevention effect of the main bars, resulting in very poor ductility. Core hoops (hoop bars, stirrup bars) joined by butt welding exhibit the reinforcing effect of shear reinforcement bars and significantly improve the ductility of columns and beams. Additionally, since it also enhances "constructability" and "shortens construction time," we encourage you to consider this option.

basic information
【Features】 ○ Unlike spiral hoops, they can be bundled at the ends, making transportation within the site easy. ○ No special work is required; it only needs binding, making installation straightforward. ○ The absence of 135° hooks allows for smoother rebar placement, significantly improving work efficiency. ○ As a factory-produced item, quality control is thoroughly conducted, ensuring accurate shape and size. ○ The lack of hooks saves on rebar quantity. ○ Due to butt welding, there are no hooks or weld overlaps (flare group welding), which reduces the occurrence of joint stress. ○ If requested, we will consult immediately and ensure prompt delivery. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
