We offer various courses tailored to different levels, from beginners to advanced users, allowing participants to join for various purposes, whether they are using the products for the first time or looking to enhance their skills. ■Individual Training After a preliminary discussion about the content, we provide training that meets the needs of our customers. ■Thermal Design Education Course The development environment for electronics products is becoming increasingly challenging, with a sharp rise in recalls and shipping delays due to thermal issues. Simply introducing tools or systems and providing one-off training does not lead to fundamental solutions. It is essential to simultaneously and systematically develop designers and enhance their skills, standardize the design process, and create a framework for utilizing tools. To build a system that can maintain these improvements, we must start by raising the technical capabilities (design skills) and establish a solid framework centered around "people = designers." Therefore, we propose a system and structure starting from training to fundamentally resolve thermal issues.
