"Anneal film" is adopted in the manufacturing processes and product films for applications such as displays for touch panels and electronic component film materials like FPC. 【Main Features】 1. Anneal Variations Shrinkage rate can be controlled according to your requirements. Available from ultra-low thermal shrinkage to medium shrinkage types. 2. Oligomer Precipitation Prevention Function A barrier coat layer is formed on the PET surface. Barrier coating can prevent line contamination and troubles caused by oligomer precipitation from the film. Supports single-sided and double-sided coating. 3. Stability of Shrinkage Rate Minimal variation and slack in shrinkage rate, ensuring stable quality. 4. Wide Width & High Cleanliness Compatibility Capable of annealing treatment and oligomer barrier treatment in clean environments with wide width support (up to 2250 mm). 5. Anneal + α Coating Compatibility Various functional coating combinations are possible, including release coatings, antistatic coatings, and hard coat coatings. *For control of shrinkage rates and annealing processing other than PET film, please consult us separately.
